105. Room held 150 but I couldn't imagine that many since we didn't feel like there was a ton of extra space in there with 105.
I was firm about the guest list since ILs tried to hijack the wedding. I conceded and let them hire the entertainment they insisted on since they paid for it, but I wasn't about to invite MIL's hairdresser and her 7 children even if they offered to pay for them to be there (which they did not).
We had room for 180, invited that because some last minute dumb A holes asked to bring a guest. So we had that many seats and 170 showed up, so I basically paid for almost 10 empty seats. Yeah, I don't talk to those people anymore.

MARY REYNA BORN AND PASSED AWAY JULY 31ST, 2009 AT 23 WEEKS.
GOODBYE SWEET BABY...I WILL MISS YOU FOREVER.
***AFTER 17 WEEKS ON BEDREST***
We had invited about 150 and 125 actually came (the rest were OOT). It was perfect. Large enough to have a big party, but small enough that we could still talk with everyone.
We had a lot of OOT so I didn't expect them to come. Some of my friends had their mom's taken to the hospital and a grandmother died so those didn't showed up after they said yes.
I think we invited 425 including adults and children (200 in family) and that wasn't anyone that we didn't talk to or see on a regular weekly basis. We planned for 220 with the caterer. I think we had a few that came to just the wedding and not reception and vice versa.

Most people had to travel, so we had a lower attendence number...which was fine.
This is very similar to our situation (almost exact with the numbers!). We invited 145 and 98 came. We also had a lot of people traveling to the wedding, so that made a huge difference.
Re: s/o s/o weddings: Guests
HA. I wanted less than 15.
We ended up with 136 invited. 98 there.

350.
I didn't even speak to about 100 of them. Also, some of them I had never met. But my parents paid.
85 invited.
70 came.
It was perfect
Invited 600. Had 550 attend. Most of whom were family and friends. DH and I have huge families. lol. Think "my big fat greek wedding".
We had about 50. It was nice and small, and just had close friends and family.
Invited: 170
Attended: 130

Thanks! It was the only one that fit. Ha!!!!
We also wanted a small wedding, but MIL got involved. She would have invited all of Washington if space allowed it.
We invited 220, and I'd say that around 200 showed up. We paid for a ton of wasted food.
We invited 70 and ended up with that, too, because the uninvited guests canceled out invitees who didn't show.
But we only got about 4 RSVPs.

Mourning the loss of Amarine Stella, born at 21 weeks, 6 days.
We will always love you, our little angel.
Wow, only 4 people actually RSVP'd? That would have made me crazy.
At the wedding: 4
Reception 1: about 30
Reception 2: about 50
