  • Does your LO have a lot of reflux?  If so, maybe ask your doctor about whether you should switch formula or maybe when to start rice cereal.  RTF is so expensive, we used to do rtf at night so we didn't have to deal with measuring and mixing.

  • whats the problem he is having? gas?
  • he has reflux issues, of course my pedi won't help me out, she said to me, all babies have reflux and i don't give drugs or anything for it, her advice was to try different bottles, so i'm not sure what to do, i can either switch pedi's or go over pedi's head and see a specialist for it, my cousin's pedi did the same thing to her and she just went over pedi's head and saw a specialist after 4 hellish months of the same thing my LO is doing

he spits up often (yesterday he did after every bottle), gags and when he gags brings liquid up with it, cries out, will sometimes arch his back while i'm trying to burp him, cries after he burps as if it hurt, i'm just so frustrated and this has been going on since he was born

    I'd switch Pedi's then.

Your pedi is a nut.  I'm sorry.  My daughter has reflux and it's considered mild, but you can't imagine the pain she's in when the reflux comes up.  Our pedi gave us Axid which neutralizes the acid when it comes up so it doesn't hurt as badly.  Really, find another pedi.  Your poor baby!!!!!!  He must be in so much pain.  Find another pedi or get a referral to a pediatric gastro.  Good luck!

  • Kelsey does a lot better with RTF or condensed.  I think the powder gives her a lot of gas.
