Dizzy spells?

Is anyone else having them? If so, how are you coping?

Today for the first time I've felt very dizzy off and on. At first I thought it was just because I was exhausted and struggling to stay awake. I don't feel nauseous at all really when they hit, just light-headed.

I get dizzy alot but Im also Hypoglycemic.

I just stabalize myself and hope it passes quickly. If it continues or bothers you I would def. let your Doc know!

I've had a couple of dizzy episodes if I stand up or turn too quickly. They have passed as soon as they've come, thankfully.

I just try to sit down if I start to get dizzy. Mine dizzy spells usually involve nausea though.

mhm. Yesterday I got in the shower and I was so dizzy I had to sit down. Sometimes at work I get it randomly. yesterday after dinner I suddenly got dizzy and had spots in front of my eyes and everything! I just try to relax, sit down, and it goes away soon enough.

I got dizzy and nauseas in the shower the other night. I turned the water to cold and sat down and relaxed and it went away.

I have been having the same issue...I actually had to sit in a chair while trying to cook breakfast the other morning.

I had a couple of them and what I would do is take it easy or slow it down. It was weird at first, but I believe it has to do with what's going on inside of you. I haven't had an episode in the last three weeks.
