I am feeling unispired. We were going to do salmon pinwheels on the grill, but I think the weather may be too unpredictable for that. Any good oven/stove ideas for a beginning to mid level cook..haha

i 2nd the fresh market idea... when we are doing a special date night dinner in for just the two of us, i get the parmesean tilapia and sides/dessert from there. the pre-made chicken rolls are really good as well. (i've had the beef wellingtons too- very good as pp said). the fish and the chicken cook in the oven. in the frozen section they have some potatoes (brand alexia) that cook in the oven too-- and then i get the cascadia farms green beans with almonds (also in the frozen section). i think it's a really good meal that is nicer than a normal dinner but not complicated.
i love to cook and i prepare meals every night. but, when it's a date night, i want simple things that allow me to spend more time with DH. hence, the fresh market meal!!
I called the one near us and the lady there said they didn't have anything like that..she probably didn't know what she was talking about, but I didn't want to get over there and find out she was right.
Inspiration finally struck in Publix..haha..we're having rosemary lamb chops, asparagus and mashed red potatoes.
Thanks for your help!
