Question about giving Tylenol

DS had a horrrrible night. He cried pretty much all night, would only sleep on me or DH and had a fever of 102. He was at the doctor last week and both ears were infected. He's been on an antibiotic. The bottle of Tylenol says not to give more than 5 doses in 24 hours. Well from 6p yesterday evening to now, he's had 4 doses. His fever is still 101.5 so his next dose in an hour will be 5 doses. We go to the doctor at 11 so I'll ask him then but what am I suppose to do about giving Tylenol for the rest of the day/night??
