(BOTB?) Charting help?

Would you mind looking at my chart and telling me what you think?

I think I O'd on CD 16 (or maybe 15) even though I had very little EWCM after that.  The day I discarded the temp, DD woke up at 4 because she got wedged between the bed and her rail.  I was up with her and then laid with her because she was upset.  We both fell asleep in her bed (me probably around 5).  I woke up at 6 and went to my bed, woke up at 7 and took my temp, which was low).

If I include the low temp, it changes my O date, which according to my O pains, other temps, and CM, seems wrong.

WDYT?
