Must BD tonight or not necessary?

So my CBEFM has been at peak for two days (Fri and Sat) this morning it was at low. Confused because FF seems to say in their lessons that we should still BD until we are certain of ovulation. I am feeling a little under the weather and would love to just go to sleep tonight. Is tonight a must?

Hmmm, that is interesting that it went Peak, Peak, Low. I thought it was programmed to always give you a High after the 2 peaks. As long as you BD yesterday, I think it is fine to take a day off. Maybe BD in the morning to be safe. I am a big fan of the morning myself--I'm always too tired at night!

When in doubt, sex it out! Definitely have sex--what could it hurt?? I've never understood the whole "should-I-or-shouldn't-I" thing--it's fun, so do it!

Thanks ladies! I will take the general consensus and do as I am told ! Smile

I also did check the instruction manual and pp is correct, I was supposed to get a day of high after my peak days. Hmmmm, wonder what that is about?

I like this! I concur. You should hump, I mean jump on DH. Just remember the average BD is 20 minutes. I think you can handle that.

Are you temping? There's no clear way to confirm O than with a thermal shift. I would skip tonight and be sure to BD tomorrow at some point...just to be sure.
