Need a refresher course re: siggy pics

I can't for the life of me remember how to post siggy pics.  I went to tinypcs.com and it's not working.  I think there is something I am supposed to add or delete?

    It is there now, you just need to make it smaller.  Do what you did but pull down the bar that says "resize" and pick thumbnail or website.
