...is the best cheesecake EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!! I LOVE it and was planning on renewing my Costco membership this weekend just to buy a damn cheesecake. My boss went and got me one today! Awww he's the best boss ever!!!!

    We were talking about doing this but we ended up doing custom giant cupcakes instead (red velvet cake w/ cheesecake filling).

    They used to have one with an oat crust and cooked apples on top. To this day that was the best cheesecake I have ever had.
