20 minute run

I went for a 20 minute run and I feel like I am dying. I know I have not ran in a year or so, and I knew it would take a while for me to get back into the swing of thing. My whole body is sore right now and it also does not help that it is about 40 degrees.

I used to run about 5 miles a day. But I popped my knee out of place while moving and just have not gotten back into it. I wanted to fully heal before I ran again.

Great job! I have a 5K next month....I should start doing some runs too. I'm doing the 30 day shred right now and I am sooorrreee!

Great job! I wish I could get in the habit of exercising. I've been trying yoga, but I can't seem to make myself do it every day. Will you send me some motivation dust?

I started to 30 day shed again as well! I love it!!! It is the best workout I have ever done! But I also in upstairs and my neighbor has complained about the jumping around.
