FI just got the phone call that my wedding ring is ready to pick up! So I'm off to meet him on his lunch break! I'm excited...but it's going to be hard not to wear it for the next 2 months!
We got our rings in April for our September wedding ... they stayed in the safe until the big day. But my confession: when DH was gone on a shift, I would sometimes open the safe and put on my band and wear it around the house!

You are a strong woman. I didn't have my engagement & wedding rings soldered together until after the HM because I didn't want to part with them for 8 days...I wear a plain band to work (I'm a nurse) because I don't want to ruin my diamonds. I had that to wear then, which was nice.

Me too!! I hated not wearing my ring!
I do love my rings- but I also really love the boxes they come in, haha, is that weird?
I'll PIP (the ring not the box, LOL) when I get back!
