Today is my first day feeling completely hormonal. I feel super depressed and am crying at anything. I just want to hide from the world and there's no real reason for it...

Put on comfy clothes and shoes, walk out the door and don't come back until you've talked yourself out of it. Exercise and getting away from the house will do wonders.

honestly, there are some days when i just hibernate... curl up on the couch or in bed and watch a favorite movie. ?every once in awhile, it's okay! hormones are just too much sometimes.?

I have to agree with exercise and getting out of the house.
This is a sick one, but cleaning will also get me out of any funks I find myself in...I love a clean house!
