who taught my child to say "what a lovely flower"?!

He has been saying it for DAYS in this sweet little sing-songy voice. ?It's hilarious. ?Today he told me I looked like a lovely flower. ?yesterday he said his bum smelled like a lovely flower (and just as an aside, it so did NOT.) LOL

I think it must have been my mother last week in South Carolina (she was obsessed w/ her garden). ??

  • That is so cute!! It's funny that they'll totally pick random stuff up. Owen has been saying "Mommy, are you thinking what I'm thinking?"...or to our dog, which is hilarious, "Ruby, are you thinking what I'm thinking?" It cracks me up everytime because it's not a phrase we have used around him at all.
  • He is too cute. And saying his butt smelled like a flower is freaking hilarious!

Alex told me he wanted to look pretty, too, today while I was putting on my makeup. So brushed his face with my blusher brush. I didn't actually have anything on it, but he felt pretty afterward, and that's all that matters. :)

  • THANK YOU! Yes, we watch Wubbzy. That clears that up. ?Thank goodness; it was making me crazy! LOL
  • I would not assume anyone taught him. DS is perfectly capable of coming up with that kind of thing on his own based on knowing the words individually and having his own opinions.

He told us spaceships take you to New York to visit your friends and take presents to them. I am pretty sure no one ever taught him that!
