LIP: Bedrest checklist for MD to complete for high-riskers...

I am posting this b/c my perinatologist instructed me to do bedrest and initially I had no idea what that meant. I wish I had this sheet with me at the time.... perhaps it may have influenced me not having to spend 6 weeks in the hospital on strict bedrest following my cerclage placement.

    I like this list, I borrowed from it and wrote down my specific questions, since I'm on modified bed rest, and my OB was more than happy to run through them with me. So I recommend it too!
