Anyone know JC Pennys return policy?

I received a couple of summer outfits without receipts that I think will be too big for DD this summer.

    I don't know it, but you may be able to find it on their website.  I DID work in retail management before having DS, and know that most places will at least let you exchange without the receipt.  Most likely you'll get credit for whatever the current selling price is.

    Not sure, but the JCP near me seems to take back anything. Not that I do it often but I've never had a problem returning stuff to them. DH's grandmother is always returning something regardless of when she purchased it. She once returned a shirt that was like a year old without the receipt and they gave her a store credit. Can't hurt to try I guess.

    My only experience with "returning" was with our crib. They overcharged us etc. They ?had really great customer service over the phone though! I was really impressed. What size are the summer outfits? C is already moving up to 3-6mo size! You might be surprised once she starts going through growth spurts!?your LO is so cute! pretty name too!?

    They are size 6-9 months.  Today the doctor predicted that she will be wearing 3-6 month clothing in a month.  So she might be able to wear 6-9 month clothing in August.  Maybe I will keep the tags on them and wait until July to see if she will wear them.
