Do you give DC vitamins?

I'm always concerned that DD is getting enough nutrition in the food she's eating (she's a super finicky eater when it comes to protein and veggies). DH was at Vitamin World yesterday picking up his fish oil and he brought home this liquid vitamin for DD. Does anyone else use something like that?

We've given ds Polyvisol with Iron from the time he came home from the hospital per our pedi's recs.

We started giving Children's chewables shortly after 1yr. They only get 1/2 a tablet at that age. I figure it's worth it not to stress over trying to get DS to eat every little thing every day, or beating myself up because we didn't have the most healthiest of days.

DD gets Poly-Vi-Sol with Iron...but it's for the iron and not the vitimans.

DS get Poly-Vi-Flor -- for the flouride (we have well water).

We also give Poly-Vi-Sol since we brought her home from the hospital. We put the liquid drops in a full bottle of milk.

We do not give her anything now. She got Poly Vi Sol until we started giving her whole milk (I EBF till then) and our pedi told us to stop giving them.

I would for sure check with your pedi before giving DC a vitamin.

pedi gave prescription vitamin since he was 2 weeks and switched to "big boy" vitamins at a year per pedi another prescription
