Vicks for an ear infection?
A friend of mine told me today that you can use vicks for an ear infection, we were at a party so I never got to ask her how exactly you use it. I was wondering if anyone here had ever heard of this and if you have can you tell me how to and where to apply it.

I think this is made up by your friend! i don't understand how vick's vapor rub would possibly help an ear infection? my dd just had tubes put in so she had lots of infections and never even heard of this. and just so you know, a warning came out earlier this year that you're not supposed to use vick's AT ALL for kids under 2:
