Too big for PNP?

My DH and I travel a lot in the summer.  We were planning on using the PNP, but this weekend I noticed that because she is so tall and is an active sleeper she doesn't have a whole lot of room to roll around.  Any ideas?

Re: Too big for PNP?

  • DD is tall as well. 75% percentile for height. She sleeps in her PNP everyday at my mom's house. Yes, there isn't as much room as her crib, but she doesn't seem to notice. We haven't had any problems. She is an active sleeper as well and is all over the place.

  • My DS is 22 months old and recently spent 2 weeks in a pack 'n play while we were on vacation.  No problems whatsoever.  He's, yikes, I don't know how tall he is but he is not longer than the long side of the pack 'n play and he weighs around 30lbs I think.
promised myself I'd retire when I turned gold, and yet here I am
  • Thanks, I guess we will try it a few times and see how it goes.  She is off the growth charts for height but not longer than the pnp.
