    usually two or three at a time. three or four times a day. usually before naps and bedtime. before a meal if its a really bad day

    Two or three. When they are unusually fussy. For instance if I know they aren't tired or hungry and they seem like they are in pain, I'll give them a few. Right now I use them maybe once or twice a day at the most.
