i'm prickly & don't have any wine. another vent. sorry.

my mom & dad both have facebook.  dad doesn't get on, ever.  he is a keep-to-himself kind of guy.  i like it.

mom LOVVVVVVES her newfound way of being all up in my grill.  if we're talking on the phone, she'll say, "OHHH did you read what so and so wrote on your wall?!  so funny!"  and i won't have even checked it yet.

and she keeps POKING me.  and sending me easter eggs.  and on and on and on.

finally it happened.  today my status said, "melinda is soooo effing tired."

she comments:  "nice."  i could hear her tone.  i could see her one raised eyebrow.

i love you mom, but GET OUT OF MY FACEBOOK!

    Yikes, I would hate that. ?This makes me really glad that my mom and dad don't know how to use a computer well enough to do FB.

    MY mom just got FB too!!! Its driving me nuts....I could have written this.

    Also: she friend requested all my friends and will call me and say...did you see ____ broke up with her boyfriend

    ugh, yes!!!  maybe our moms should friend request each other, and they can be busybodies with each other.

    This makes me sad that we aren't facebook friends anymore. How will I ever stalk you when you come back to Indiana!?!?!?

    My MIL is all up in my grill as well but I'm learning. Perhaps you should get her good with an off the wall status post. OOO or start sending her tons of request for "Join my vampire clan" or "What's your porn star name" because I get about 5 of those a day.

    Both of my parents are on but they're rarely on there and if they are they only write a few things.  My dad is pushing 70 and I do find it humorous that he has a FB account.

    And my Dad is on there. I have him kindly blocked from seeing certain things. You should just block her from status updates and what not ;o)

    My mom's on too, as well as a million aunts and uncles.  My mom doesn't comment on my page much, but will text me later about FB stuff.  Yeah, she texts too.  Stupid me showed her how. 

    My current status involves "teabagging" so I'm kind of hoping she doesn't ask me to explain it.
