What do you eat for healthy snacks between meals? Currently,I have a bag of hard pretzels, but they have 100 calories in one pretzel and I'm not too crazy about them.
Drinking a lot of water also helps me. It keeps you full and has so many health benefits. I think it is great you are working on getting healthy! Sometimes I buy a fitness or health magazine to keep me motivated and give me new ideas. I also have a picture of me and dh on our honeymoon as my computer background. It motivates me to stay on track. GL!
Nuts, fruit, cheese, pretzels, granola bars, and cereal--I'm a big cereal fan, since I have a pre-schooler at home and we always have it on hand. Right now I am liking the new Honey Kix. I also keep a bag of microwave popcorn in my desk--usually the smart balance kind. You have to really watch the trans fats in the other brands.
