BF Moms: Anyone cut out eggs?

I cut out dairy about a month ago and saw a huge change in DS (no more green diapers, less crying/pain). Friday, I ate scrambled eggs and shortly after, DS started spitting up EVERY feeding. He usually rarely spits up. I think it may be related and haven't had anything with eggs since Saturday.

If your LO is sensitive to eggs- how did you know? Also, did you cut out everything that has eggs as an ingredient? tia
