Boob question....tmi?

DD is 1 wk old. I am formula feeding.  Ive been following the Drs rec and keeping on a tight bra at all times. When I take off my bra my boobs leak so bad it drips. Also last night I noticed that right under my nipples are super hard. Is this normal? I dont remember this with #1. They were sore but not hard as rocks

    yep...it can take weeks to completely dry up. take some benadryl if you ever have a few hours where someone can help take care of your daughter. my lact. consultant said it helps dry up the milk faster.
