  Fast let down is when the milk pour out of your breast after the baby sucks just a few times. You can tell this because when you pull the baby off the breast the milk squirts out in a stream for a second of two sometimes longer without any stimulation.

  A baby fighting the breast can also be reflux.

  In my cass my son has reflux AND I have a very fast letdown.

  "Let down" is the initial quick flow of milk out of the breast.  Some women trickle and some women really gush.  Do you ever think about your baby, get a wierd tingle and then start leaking?  That's the let down reflex.
