Anyone have bloody show?

And how long after show did you go into labor?

    I did, but I was already in labor and at the hospital.

    I had it after contractions had started.  They were about 8 minutes apart at the time, I think.  When it happened, it scared the crap out of me; my legs started to shake and my teeth chattered.  I thought, Oh my god, it's really happening!  So I called the hospital and told them and they said it was practically meaningless--that some people have their bloody show/mucus plug a week or more before labor starts!

    Yep, while I was laboring through the night...at home.

    Bloody show @ 6 pm, labor that night/early am, delivered @ 9:46 am the next day.

    Bloody show at 10pm, contractions mild the rest of the night, went to hospital at 1:00pm the next day, by which time I was 5cm and 100%, delivered at 10pm that night.  So, 24 hours from show til baby!

    Yes, but not until I was in active labor at the hospital. After reading posts on 3rd tri, some people get it up to a few weeks before labor.
