    it takes forever in the oven. like an hour or something. I cant wait that long for a potato!

    LOL i have to though cuz DH thinks he caught a state record small mouth bass so he will be home late, so I figured I could just put it in the oven and it will be ready by the time he gets home and finishes grilling chicken.  I swear, if I didn't know better, this was a bullshiit way of him to stay out later fishing lol.

    Stick a knife in it.. when it feels soft its done! theres not an exact science to it!
