Purchasing Femara Online

My cousin is on Femara but recently her insurance changed and they no longer cover it. Since I've taken it she asked me if I know of any online pharmacies where she could purchase it cheaper. So, I told her I'd do some research-which  means asking you ladies :-) Anyone know any online pharmacies that carry Femara at a discounted price?  I know alot of injectables can be purchased online but don't know for sure about Femara. Thanks!

Re: Purchasing Femara Online

  • not sure but i know if you go to their website you can get a free trial - the doctor may not approve 30 pills in one Rx but if they approve the # of pills for one month's cycle, then at least every bit helps!

when i was on it i found that sam's club was the cheapest, followed by walmart - not sure about online pharmacies though

  • I used Costco. May not have been the least expensive, but if you're a member and use AMex, you get the cashback for both (amex and costco)AND they have a program to discount meds for people w/o insurance.
  • I just purchased mine at Walmart and my RE told me it would be about 100.00 and it was only 50.  I was pleasantly surprised.  I bet if I would have gone to Walgreen's it would've been 100.   I might call Sam's Club next month and see if it's any cheaper.
