What's a good Easter-type dessert?

That doesn't require a lot of work on my end? :)  TIA!

  • Oh, I just remembered another thing we like to make.  Use equal parts cool whip and vanilla yogurt.  I usually do 1 cup of each.  Add a package of white chocolate pudding powder and frozen strawberries (thawed).  Serve with angelfood cake.  It's like strawberry shortcake only better.
  • buy a ready made oreo crust, make chocolate pudding (using pie filling directions) and put it in crust, put in fridge before leaving with pie or serving put cool whip on top!  chov cream pie in 10 minutes no baking!!

ETA: you can alo get graham crusts and use banana pudding for banana cream  .. . . or choc mint . . . limitless possibilities!

  • I'm making a peach pie today.  I use the pre-made pie crusts that Pillsbury makes and it saves a lot of time.

Or you could just get one of those frozen pies like Sara Lee makes and bake that?
