DS is sick... my ILS think because of teething since the only thing wrong is his attitude (grumpy as all get out) and fever. This morning it was 99.6, in my mind "low grade" and nothing too concerning. DH took his temperature about 45 minutes ago and it was 100.6. When is a fever no longer low grade, and when is he officially sick instead of just teething? He is just clingy, upset, angry and has a temperature. He's not coughing or sniffling or anything else like a cold. Help!?

Re: Low grade versus time to worry?
my doc said they only care about temps of 101 or higher. even then, just give tylenol. After 103..take in.
also make sure he doesn't have an ear infection. see if he is tugging or pulling at ear. It could eb something like that also. But I would guess probably teething. My ds is super crabby too, but is trying to get over pneumonia. So I'm guessing it's just that.
Hang in there and I hope he feels better soon!
