Why is she suddenly spitting up?

I'm nursing and also giving my LO a bottle of BM once a day and a bottle of formula/BM at night. The past 2 days she's been spitting up in the morning when I burp her - a lot! Could this be from the formula the night before? She hasn't done this all month and now all of a sudden...poor thing...

My DD didn't start spitting up until she was 3 or 4 weeks old. I spoke with my pedi about it and he said that spitting up is normal as long as she isn't in pain (and it isn't projectile vomiting).
