Photographers: What color seamless paper should I get?

in Babies: 9 - 12 Months

I finally got the plexiglass from HD.  Now I need to order the seamless paper.  I am only going to order 1 color...what do you recommend?  (Obviously I want a neutral color but there are so many whites and grays to choose from).

    I'd suggest bone or thunder gray (the later, first, creams/whites are harder to use without getting skin tones to blend in, unless you're a professional). The thunder gray is awesome!
