Air purifier in nursery?

Anyone using something like an Ionic Pro (or the like) in their nursery?

ADDING: We have 2 cats and although they're short-haired, we don't have central air in the house yet, so I thought getting one of these things would be a good idea. Just not sure which one!

    I'll be getting one just not sure which one yet. I have two dogs and two cats- it's a necessity!!

    Yes, we want to.  I havn't looked into which one I want yet.  But I think it's a good idea.  During the summer we will have the A/C on so the baby won't need it, but during the fall and spring I think its a good thing to have.
