  Ditto all this... plus, I enjoy my relationship with my mother and I would love to have that kind of relationship with my own daughter.

  Yes, i forgot about the Mother / Daughter relationship. ?And, I want to be able to help my daughter plan a wedding one day. ?Won't be the same with a DIL.
