  This cycle I started taking it 5 days after my IUI.  I got a progesterone gel that I use vaginally.  My doctor gave me 8 days worth of it, I use it at night before bed.

  For my IUI's the RE told me to start the supps the night of the day after the IUI. Good Luck!

  I always start mine the night after my IUI, then every morning then after. I use the suppositories.

  I was told to start suppositories the day after my IUI, at night.  Then every morning and night thereafter.
  

  PCOS, lupus anticoagulant, MTHFR (A1298C, one copy) 2 IUIs & 1 IVF = BFN FET#1 = It's a girl! Born 7.1.10 FET#2 = c/p FET#3 = Twin girls! Born on 3.16.12 at 33w2d due to severe pre-E. After 4 weeks in the NICU they are home!

  I do PIO, my choice. I start the day after the IUI, after they make sure I ovulate.
