How was the party?

And how were the showings?  Either of them showing any interest?  I hope so!

    Thanks for checking in on us :) Yes, the party went great! Lots of people came, DD got way too many beautiful dresses and toys, she played with the icing on the cake and I took a ton of pics Embarrassed

    The showings went well. The first one actually went well enough that their agent called mine to get a bunch of information on utilities, etc and to indicate they may be making an offer. This was yesterday morning and I haven't heard anything since then Confused So, I'm thinking maybe not...? Anyway, the second showing went well too; the people said it was beautiful and they loved it; it was just too small. Which it is.

    So...we'll see. Fingers crossed for some more action soon!

    Glad to hear she had a good time.  I can't wait to see pics...especially the icing ones!   :)

    I wouldn't give up hope on the first showing yet.  The people that bought my house looked at it like a week before they took any action.  I guess some people just like to take their time.  Either way, more good vibes headed your way!!
