Anyone order crib at Walmart.com?

Trying to get some positive experiences. Our crib came in last night and looks like someone stuck a forklift through it, it's full of holes and the wood for the crib itself is exposed and scratched-no protective packaging?? Not really sure why DH didn't refuse to pick it up, I wasn't able to go. I'd like to reorder but don't want this to happen again. TIA for any info!

We didn't order our crib from there but we did order our dresser and were actually very pleased with the packaging and the condition it arrived in. I'd take it back and if you really like the crib, ask them to replace it. I've ordered other stuff from Walmart.com and they have always been very helpful in the store with the Site to Store shipping.

Thanks for the info! I'm hoping it was just a fluke although we ordered the conversion rails and they came in a separate shipment and they are worse! We still have time so I think we'll try again. Obviously unless you go purchase furniture from an actual store, you're going to have the risk of damage regardless of where it ships from / to.

We ordered ours from there and I was wary too...it came in about two days (delivered to store) when it was supposed to take weeks and in perfect condition. Maybe we were just lucky!
