DON'T look during the first cold rinse. Just don't.

EWWW. ?Yummy brown water with little chunks floating around. ?Why did I do that? Well...here is my stupid moment of the day story:

I decided to wash my washing machine this morning before my diaper load to get rid of the softener accumulation. ?Btw, I am never using fabric softener again. ?That stuff is gross and impossible to clean out. ?My hands still smell even though I washed them 3 times. ?

So then, I thought I would look during the wash to see if the water helped clear the remaining little green spots from the softener. ?Dude, my brain must have been fried. ?I am never lifting that lid again during the first diaper wash. ??

    I feel ya.  My old washer broke during diaper washing and wouldn't drain.  I got to stick my arm in up to the shoulder to pull out and wring out all the diapers and then scoop out the water to dump it.  good times.
