Success after IF

I miss my sleep!

I can't remember the time I had a full night's sleep.  I'm either up peeing (at least 4 times a night) or I'm having crazy, vivid dreams that I can't shut off.  I wake up feeling like I didn't get enough sleep even if I was in bed for 8 hours.  I suppose its my bodies way of getting me used to less sleep, but this is ridiculous.  I'm only 17 weeks!  I've been really good about limiting my caffeine to hardly any, but I had to go for some real coffee today.

Re: I miss my sleep!

  • You are up FOUR times a night?!?!? I'm up once and sometimes I still get to sleep through the night. Between your peeing and b3bells stretch marks, I'm starting to think either God is smiling on me, or something is wrong with my tater tot.

  • YES!!! You could set your watch by my pee schedule. It's out of control!  They say to limit your water intake after 6pm.  I'm so thirsty at night I can't even imagine not drinking water after that.

Count your lucky stars!  You are blessed.  Smile

  • I'm up 3-4 times a night, also. Last night I even tried having no water after 7pm (even though I was reaaaaaallly thirsty) and it just didn't help.

  • I am up 3-4 times a night as well.  Last night after my 3am bathroom run I couldn't fall back asleep for an hour.

  • Right there with you! I wake up EVERY 2 hours. Like clockwork. Part of it I think is anxiety, but I agree, it's ridiculous. And each time I fall to sleep I have a different, whacked out dream. The other night I dreamt about Conan O'Brien -I have NO idea why. I used to sleep like a log.

  • I am having the same issues.  I pee at least twice and now my husband jokes that he doesn't need to set the alarm because I am always crawling back in bed from my final pee when his alarm goes off for work!  I am getting really uncomfortable and rolling over is difficult.  Hopefully this means I will be well prepared to be up all night with the baby!
