Isolated spotting at 25 weeks?

Ok, so last night I went to the bathroom and noticed a small amount of blood in my underwear. I wiped and got a little more, but after that, nothing further. I changed and put in a pantyliner, and since then have had nothing. No big cramps, nothing out of the ordinary. I called the after hour number and they said it sounded benign, but I obviously still worry. I am waiting for my OB's office to call to get me in sometime today, but my OB is booked. I will be 25 weeks tomorrow.

Anyone else experience this?

I had a spotting incident around 22 weeks. I don't know if it was actually considered spotting since it was just a little brown stuff in my CM. I called the nurse at my OB's office and she put me on pelvic rest for the weekend (the spotting occured on a Friday) and told me to call back on Monday if I had any more, and if not not to worry about it. Luckily I didn't have any more and haven't since.

For that small of an amount I wouldn't worry at all. Still mention it to your doctor, but seeing as you having had any more, and it was brown, it was probably just a little clot or something that let loose a while ago. Also, if you've had sex in the last couple of days, that could explain it!

My first question would be have you had any sexual activity in the last 48 hours? If so I wouldn't worry any further. It is most likely from that.
