Just my update

So DH and I were able to get a jump on our fertility testing process, when I found out that the nurse pract could help me-- which is different than I was told on the phone by the schedulers. I've had progesterone blood work done and glucose testing (history of diabetes on both sides of my family), and DH did his S/A today. I'll go back next week for the Day 3 blood work (I blocked out a week's worth of testing slots in anticipation-- ok, just because my anxiety is in full-force). And we'll get results on 4/16. This is MUCH better than getting the processed started on 4/6, which was the last plan we had before I went to the nurse for my annual (which came back normal).

On a sadder note, I've decided to skip Easter with DH's fam because I don't want the questioning of "when are YOU guys going to have kids" because his bro & sis-in-law are preg now. It all stems from the uncles giving us both a hard time over Christmas, before we knew that BIL/SIL were expecting. I know I should be mature and suck it up, but I just don't want to put myself through a pity-party on Easter. It can wait until the next family function.
