  Ditto!!  I wonder why that is??  I also drink more if I have one of those water bottles with the pop-up top...you know so you can either suck the water out or squirt it in your mouth.  (Sorry, didn't know how else to describe it!)

  I will drink ice water all day, but no ice = no drinking. So I pack my bottle full of ice each morning and refill it until the ice is gone. I refill it when I get home and go through probably 4 bottles/day.

  yea that works best for me. havent tried the straw method yet.

  Im on a new Kool-aid addiction. It helps me get the water down?

  I actually drink less with a straw. But the colder the water is the better. It doesn't need to have ice in it, but it needs to be really cold.
