Anyone's LO have baby acne?

Can you tell me what it looks like and is it usually only on the face?

    Yes its normally on the face. My LO face was red and it almost looks like heat rash. It is gone now it started at 3 weeks lasted till 5wks.

    DD has it, it started on her cheeks and the end of her nose, and now it's moved from there to her forehead and eyelids. poor thing, she looks like a teenager. it just looks like tiny little white-heads in her case. i just want to pick at them...but of course i won't! just feel bad for her!
