Babies: 9 - 12 Months

Cleaning crew stole my meds

I'm so pissed! They were here on Friday and I went to take my medicine and it's all gone.  The bitchez stole everything.  Now I'm in ridiculous pain and I'm ticked off on top of it.

And for what it's worth, DH is out of town and I've had no visitors, so unless my 10 month old is popping my pills, the cleaning crew did it.  Not sure what to say them. ARrgh.

Re: Cleaning crew stole my meds

  • Wow. Surprise  How long have you been using this company?

  • Wow!  And I'm guessing you have to wait until a certain date to get a refill so they don't think you're over dosing.  Nice... Can you call the company and complain?
  • I was watching something this morning that said there are so many reports of cleaning crew doing this and to lock up your meds.

Was it a big company you used? I would call and flie a claim

  • That's the main reason that we don't have a cleaning person. I'm so afraid of something like that happening.
  • First, file a police report. Second, call the company and tell them what happened and that you filed a police report. Tell them that you expect them to reimburse the FULL price of the prescription and tell them that you'll send them a copy of the police report.

Yes, this!  If they are insured/bonded, they should cover the cost of reimbursement.  However, there needs to be a formal record of this [police report].
