Babies: 0 - 3 Months

what does '93rd percentile' mean?

does this mean my kid's a tank? It was across the board, but I'm not sure if this is good or not.

  • Exactly, means she is bigger than 93% of the other babies her age.
  • lol...yes well maybe not a "tank" but it does mean that your baby is larger than most her age! :P
  • We're at the opposite end. Natalie is in the 12th percentile. But she's doing well because when she was born she was in the 5th.

  • DS is a big boy, too. 90th percentile in weight, height, and head. The doctor said they're not concerned because he's proportional. I think that's all they use it for - monitoring.
