It's been raining pretty hard here the past few days so our yard is a mosh pit. In one corner of the yard we have a pond of rain water. I'm talking a good 5" deep. 2 of the boys are outside going potty and I happened to peak out and see how they were doing. Well Bailey, the Dal, decides he's going to wade through the pond. ::smacks forehead:: Now his feet are soaked and muddy. (I know, just wipe them off but it's just a hassle.)
Of all the places in the yard to go walk...WHY in the pond?
Rain + 4 dogs = cranky Southern.
Re: Are you freaking kidding me?!?!
I feel you.
My dog pushed me into the mud puddle she made in the backyard this am. She jumps the fence, so she's on a cable with a stake and she dug this huge hole that fills up when it rains. Her dainty (120 lb) self can't get wet, so in order to miss a tiny puddle, she pushed me into the big one. Heifer.
I completely understand. My dogs do the same darn thing...I guess everyone likes to splash in puddles!
Rain + 4 dogs + recently washed floor = cranky Karla.
You know, I love dogs. But this is why I love OTHER PEOPLE'S dogs more.
FYI: I don't have a dog myself. My mom has one that I call mine, but she's not in my possesion.
*waves hi back!!*
I think it's supposed to rain through the weekend. I feel so bad for them, I mean I know they're bored to tears being stuck in the house while it's gross...doesn't excuse them for playing in the mud
Yuck I am sorry the pups are causing problems.
BTW yopur post made me realize just how much easier it is having cats, yeah I gotta clean the litterl box but other than feeding them that is all I have to do on a regular basis.
