I ordered a first birthday onesie from an etsy seller (company called Stitcheroos).  I ordered it last night and she said she'll ship it tomorrow.  I've had a few questions for her and she's been quick to answer them and provide quite a bit of help.  She's been awesome to work with so I wanted to spread the word.  Her site is: https://www.etsy.com/shop.php?user_id=5326355  (sorry I can't do a clicky).  I can't wait for Erica to wear the onesie for her birthday!!  (we ordered the "ryley" onesie)

    how did the tutu dress work out?

    the 4 yr old i gave mine to hated it. haha. it's now back in my closet. haha. ?

    Cool, that's where I think I'm getting Hailey the ladybug onesie from there that you showed me earlier. I can't find the "ryley" one though, maybe I didn't look hard enough. :-)  So glad she's been good to work with, I can't wait to order Hailey's.

    I looked on your website for onesies with a '1' on it and didn't see any!  I hope I didn't miss the boat by not ordering from you!  You were the first place I checked!

    I cut the tulle pieces in half again (while it was on the dress...I didn't want to take it apart).  It did tone it down a little, but it's still huge.  I like it that way though.  We haven't had her 1 year pictures with it yet though, but every time I put it on her she screams.  All that work and she's not a fan.  I'll try putting pants or something on her next time - maybe she just doesn't like how the tulle feels on her.

    If you google stitcheroos she also has a separate website (although things are a little cheaper on her etsy site).  She has more lady bug things there -- I think a bib and a diaper cover that go with the onesie...  Very cute stuff!  I don't know if the onesie is actually called "ryley".  It's a little girl wearing a long sleeve shirt with a '1' on it and "ryley" printed above it.

    hmm. or maybe tights or leggings that go up really high? Micah has some that are really long on the belly. I bet something like that would help!

    I am thinking I need to ass some "1" onesies... I am going to be in the baby showcase this weekend! I am hoping for some sales... I want new sunglasses! ;)?

    omg. that cupcake tutu onesie is too much for me to handle. when i have a little girl she is totally wearing things like that! well until she can choose her own clothes, at which point she'll probably rebel against me and become a total tomboy!

    Is it bad that I'm sad about her turning 1?  Then she won't be a baby anymore!  I'll have to move to the toddler board!  Toddler!!  I'm also a little worried about her party now that I probably won't get to Fargo to buy supplies.  I'll just have to live with cups and plates that don't match.  Not a big deal - just doesn't go with the image I had in my head.  (selfish selfish me for thinking about that when bigger things are happening in Fargo right now!)
