  My boys take 2 naps around 9am and 1pm.

  They're usually 75 mins each.

  2 naps a day

  1st nap is 2.5 hours after he wakes up (usually 9 or 9:30) and 2nd nap is 3 hours after he wakes up from first nap (usually 1 or 2)

  He usually takes one nap thats 1.5 hours and one thats about 1 hour and they can switch back and fourth which is which.

  We strive for two 2-hour naps each day. One in the morning (usually from 10-12) and one in the afternoon (2:30ish-4:30ish).?

  If I stay at home all day or only leave the house for a short time, this is usually what happens. Some days, (like today) when our schedule gets switched around, his naps are shorter (anywhere from 30 min- 1 1/2 hours). I try very hard though to make sure that he takes two naps every day though. He is a mess without them. ?

  Mine depends on how long she has slept. She will usually take one nap from 11-1. If she gets up earlier than 1, I will try to put her down again 2.5 - 3 hours later.

  He needs 2, however, he often only takes 1.

  First nap is 3 horus after wakeup, so around 10:00-12:00/12:30.

  Second nap (if he takes it) is 4 hours after waking from the first, so around 4:30-5:30. If he doesn't take that nap, evenings are not pleasant.

  DS usually takes 2 2-hour naps a day.  Around 10:30 and 3:30.  The morning one is always at the same time but the afternoon one happens usually when we get home from being out.  DS sleeps 7:30pm-7:30am at night.  HTH
