I reserve some of the "sauce" to reduce in a saucepot. ?AND, for the mustard, I use 1/2 Dijon mustard and 1/2 coarse ground Harvest Mustard (or something like that) by Grey Poupon. ?
Good luck!?

We always make the same meals too. Tacos, spaggetti, chicken fried steak, meatloaf. A good a easy recipe is chicken breasts with a thing of sour cream and one of those ranch packets. Mix it together and put it on the chicken and top it w/parmesan cheese. Bake til chicken is done. Its super easy and delicious. Oh and if you put foil under the chicken, clean-up is a breeze.
I'm hooked on making chili cornbread. I make the chili (ground beef/turkey, canned corn, tomatoes, kidney beans), then pour a layer of Marie Callendar organic cornbread mix in a pan, add a layer of chili and then another layer of cornbread mix and bake.
cook some minced garlic and green onion in hot oil. Add in chicken chunks, cooked snap peas (I used the steam in the microwave kind), peanuts, soy sauce and shiracha sauce.
Serve over steamed rice.

One of my favorite quick meals is ravioli lasagna. In a 13x9 dish, cover the bottom with a light coating of marinara. Then do a layers of frozen ravioli, marinara and shredded mozzarella cheese. I bake it at 375 for 30 minutes or until the cheese bubbles. Super easy and quick.
Our other go-to meals are fajitas, tacos, taco salads, fettucini alfredo with broccoli, breakfast (yum), pork milanese (a Giada recipe) with roasted red potatoes--I could go on and on. I love food.

DH stocks up on frozen tilapia and chicken at Costco. It's very quick and easy to make.
I really like the steaming veggie bags that you pop into the microwave. The veggies are always really nice and not mushy, and it's quick.
We tend to do a lot of chicken or fish with brown rice and veggies.
If you make pasta sauce, freeze some of it - you can use it to make pizzas, sandwiches, etc., in addition to eating it with pasta.
We like to do big salads, too - usually with chicken or tuna fish, tons of good veggies.
I made an easy chinese stir fry last night:
cook some minced garlic and green onion in hot oil. Add in chicken chunks, cooked snap peas (I used the steam in the microwave kind), peanuts, soy sauce and shiracha sauce.
Serve over steamed rice.

made this last week.... good!
use thin sliced chix breasts or pound reg breasts very thin (cutlet thin)
dip in egg then coat w/ breadcrumbs (same as if you were gonna make cutlets)
put a little bit of cooked spinach in the center and top the spinach with shredded cheddar cheese (or any kind you prefer)
roll up chicken and secure with a tooth pick
place in baking dish and bake for 45 min at 375
We get the same stuff over and over too.
Lately spaghetti, chili, and stew are our top dinners. I like stuff I can do in the crock pot usually.
Oh, and pizza about once a week cuz I am SUPER lazy. =/
