So my mom finally replied to my email. Turning it all around and making it about her. Saying she's so busy w/ my grandma and today has to go in early & stay late at work 'cause on her lunch she has to take Grandma to the dr. and then tomorrow has to take 1/2 a vacation day to have a social worker tour the new assisted living facility. Not one appology for making me feel like crap and saying that I'm not doing enough, not one appology for never seeing DD. Nothing. UGH.

    im sorry! i have a mom like that too, its always all about her and how im not doing something right. she once didn't talk to me for 2 weeks beucause she was mad at me for something she thought i did to upset my dad, but my dad was never even upset about. yet, she refused to talk to me so i had no idea why she was mad. way to much drama, i refuse to deal with so i just avoid her.

    I'm sorry. My mom does the same thing. She turns it around to try to make you think you did something wrong. Thanksgiving was my last straw and I cut the ties with her. She hasn't called me once or tried to contact me. Makes me even wonder if she thinks about me.
