for when we pass other moms on the street (in regards to being a "nestie/bumpie.") I find myself staring at their baby to see if they look familiar and I notice the mother checking me out as well.

I hate asking "are you on any mommy websites?" when I meet other moms.

Can we just have a code. Maybe some sort of animal sound, bird call or wave. Something we can whisper under our breath that will not make us appear absolutely nutso.

I know we are EVERYWHERE. So I can't possibly be alone in thinking this.

I had the greatest image of a bunch of mom's running around with their kiddos making bird sounds. Awesome. Thanks for the laugh.

There aren't too many from my area- my local board is slow, and our local baby board, we just got one and it's damn near dead.
